Installation. In accord with our usage and order, Christine Starland (left) and Deborah Owens, who were called as teachers at Berea Lutheran School, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, were installed on July 6, 2025. Mrs. Starland will be teaching part-time in the lower grade classroom, along with helping in Berea’s preschool and kindergarten classrooms. Mrs. Owens will be teaching music.

Dedication: The members of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church (Detroit, Michigan) are pleased to invite our CLC brothers and sisters to a special dedication service for our new church property on Sunday, September 14, at 4:00 p.m. The new address is 510 W. Girard Ave., Madison Heights, MI, 48071. The 1.64-acre plot consists of a fifty-six-car parking lot, a large grassy field, and a single-level, L-shaped building with a 175-person sanctuary, a fellowship hall, kitchenette, bathrooms, nursery, two offices, and three classrooms.
