Pastor Robert W. Mackensen October 18, 1920 – April 18, 2012

On October 18, 1920, Robert Warren Mackensen was God’s gift to Henry and Laura (Bohnsack) Mackensen who resided in Hammond, Indiana. His Savior granted him ninety-one years of grace.

Brought up to know and confess Jesus as his Savior, Robert pursued the public ministry in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. Preparations for becoming a Christian pastor took place at Concordia Lutheran Seminary, Springfield, Illinois, from which he graduated in 1945.Read More »Pastor Robert W.
